Hiran Radeesri is currently the Chairman of the Corporate Governance Center at The Stock Exchange of Thailand.
He is also the Director of the University Council at Thammasat University and the Director of the Federation of Accounting Professions.
Additionally, he is a Member of the Thai Institute of Directors Association.
In his former positions, Mr. Radeesri served as the Chairman of the Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand from 1990 to 1994.
He was an Independent Director at Thaicom Public Co. Ltd.
from 2000 to 2018 and at Dusit Thani Public Co. Ltd.
from 1999 to 2021.
He also held positions as an Independent Director at The Navakij Insurance Public Co., Ltd., a Director at Thailand Securities Depository Co. Ltd., and an Independent Director at Easy Buy Public Co., Ltd.
Furthermore, he served as the Governor of The State Railways of Thailand from 1986 to 1988.
Mr. Radeesri obtained his undergraduate degree from the National Defense College in 1981.
He also holds an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
