Prior to joining FA Technology Ventures in May 2001, Mr. Sekhar was the Director of Acquisitions for the Internet Capital Group, a venture firm focused on business-to-business e-commerce.
He led the firm's investment efforts in the Food and Retail industry, as well as its investments in B2B enabling software.
He has over 7 years of consulting experience, most recently with McKinsey & Company, where he was an active member of the TIME Practice (Telecom, Internet, Media, and Electronics).
He brings extensive experience in wireless communications, having served clients in the cellular handset, infrastructure, service, and satellite sectors.
Mr. Sekhar graduated summa cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania's Management and Technology Program and received a Masters in Management from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
