Prior to joining Cardiogenesis, he served as Service Manager at Intelligent Surgical Lasers, Inc. from 1991 to 1993.
From 1990 to 1991, he served as Manager of Laser Services at National Instrument Service Corporation.
From 1986 to 1990, he served as Service Manager of Medical Lasers at Carl Zeiss, Inc. Mr. Arthur has worked in the medical laser field for over 20 years.
He is a graduate of the School of Marine Radio & Radar, Limerick, Ireland.
