Mr. Fredric A. Mann is Chief Operating Officer at Globalt, Inc. Prior to joining GLOBALT in 1991, Mr. Mann was a Financial Consultant in the Global Investment Systems Division of Information Systems of America and prior to that he was the Director of Administration and Client Services for Southeastern Advisory Services, Inc. Previously, he was manager for International Equity and Options Trading for Burns, Fry, Ltd., located in Toronto, Canada.
Mr. Mann has been an active participant during his career on committees in both the U.S.
and Canada for The Midwest Securities Trust Company and The Montreal Stock Exchange concerning the aspects of capital risk, operational flows of money and securities between national depositories, evaluation of stock exchange specialist trading activities and automation of trading systems.
Mr. Mann graduated summa cum laude from the University of Urbana.
