Mr. Meyer was Vice President and Assistant General Counsel of Central and South West Services, Inc. from 1988 to January 1998.
Mr. Meyer is Chairman of the Compensation Committee and a Member of the Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee.
He received a BBA degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Texas in 1961 and a JD from the University of Texas in 1964.
