Prior to joining Ariel in 1991, Mr. Morton spent eight years as a Vice President in the research department at the investment banking firm of Alex.
Brown & Sons, Inc. in Baltimore, where he followed a broad range of consumer stocks.
He earned an MBA from the University of Virginia and holds a BA in Political Science from Middlebury College in Vermont.
Additionally, he serves as a Trustee of The Diocesan Foundation and the Northfield Police Pension Fund.
