Bell Lawrie was acquired by Brewin Dolphin Securities Limited in 1992.
Frank Malcolm is presently a director of Brewin Dolphin Securities Limited in their Corporate Finance division.
His work now involves the provision of advice to, and fund-raisings for, a wide variety of quoted companies.
Frank Malcolm is currently a non-executive director of Close Brothers AIM VCT, Close Brothers Development VCT and Edinburgh Income and Value Trust.
