Mr. Eric J.
Schilling is an Assistant Vice President at Strategic Capital Partners LLC.
Prior to joining SCP in July 2007, Mr. Schilling began his real estate career at HDG Mansur Group, a collection of international companies that sponsor, develop and manage real estate funds for high net worth individuals and select institutions worldwide.
While at Mansur, he actively managed a $700 million portfolio of international real estate investments leased to investment and non-investment grade tenants.
As Associate Asset Manager he constructed financial models, analyzed loan sizing and negotiated key loan terms for closings and refinancings.
He closed $445 million in international real estate investments for a global property income fund and managed monthly returns for investors.
Prior to joining SCP, he was a Senior Manager at Simon Property Group in Indianapolis.
While at Simon, he analyzed a successfully subscribed $1.3 billion bond offering, prepared and updated rating agency ratios models, prepared corporate presentations for soliciting bank’s participation in financing a major retail REIT acquisition, forecasted the company’s cash position and corporate revolving credit line use, developed corporate budgets to be used for mall refinancings and interest rate hedging and analyzed mortgage and corporate loan sensitivity for financing properties in an $8 billion acquisition.
Mr. Schilling holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Affairs with a minor in history from Indiana University and a Masters of Business Administration with a major in Finance from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business.
