Prior to joining Pegasus Blue Star Fund in 2008, Mr. de la Cruz was an investment banking analyst in J.P.
Morgan’s Leveraged Finance group in New York, where he focused on structuring and executing mezzanine and other private debt offerings for leveraged buyout, acquisition and project-related financings.
Mr. de la Cruz graduated cum laude from Baruch College’s Zicklin School of Business in New York with a B.B.A. in finance.
