Douglas S.
Massingill has served as a director of the Company since July 29, 2003.
Massingill is a 20-year veteran of the enterprise software industry and has served in numerous sales, marketing and executive management positions.
During his tenures managing sales and marketing teams for such companies as MSA (later D&B Software), J.D.
Edwards & Company and Integral Systems (formerly Data Design Associates) he has led sales, pre-sales consulting, marketing, field operations, customer support, training, finance and administration and other activities.
As president and CEO of J.D.
Edwards & Company, Massingill was instrumental in moving the company into the open systems arena and broadening international sales and marketing.
He was responsible for day-to-day business activity including finance and administration, global operations and strategic planning for the 5,700-employee firm, with 60 offices globally.
He was also instrumental in the September 1997 IPO that raised $400 million.
He developed the strategy for running J.D.
Edwards as a public company for 12 quarters prior to going public to ensure a smooth transition and success as a public entity.
Most recently, Massingill served as venture partner for Armada Ventures L.P., an early stage venture firm headquartered in Atlanta with offices in Switzerland.
He possesses a B.S.
in Accounting from Shorter College in Rome, Georgia, and received an MBA from Georgia Southern University, Statesboro, Georgia.
