Mr. Douglas C.
Brown is a Co-Founder & Chairman at Newport Private Wealth, Inc. and a Co-Founder, President & CEO at Newport Securities, Inc. He brings decades of legal and financial experience to Newport’s Board of Directors as Chair.
He also lends his expertise to the boards of various companies, as well as charitable foundations.
In 1994, he joined a newly-formed wealth management firm that came to be known as Connor Clark Private Trust.
He became President of the firm four years later.
He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Toronto and a graduate degree from the University of Windsor.
