Prior to Merrill Lynch & Co., he spent four years as a Credit Analyst at The Chase Manhattan Bank, N.A.
in both New York and Hong Kong and is a graduate of the Bank's credit training program.
Mr. Manzano holds a B.A.
in Government and International Relations from Cornell University and an M.B.A.
from Columbia University.
