Prior to joining The Chotin Group, Mr. Frederick served as senior vice president and chief financial officer of Duke Energy Field Services, the nation’s largest natural gas processor headquartered in Denver.
He moved to Denver in 1998 from Houston, where he held various positions with Duke Energy and its predecessor company, Pan Energy Corp.
He started his career with Deloitte & Touche, where he spent seven years in the audit department.
Mr. Frederick graduated from the University of Houston with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant.
