Prior to joining WNC & Associates in 1996, Mr. Turek served as a consultant for a national tax credit sponsor where he was responsible for on-site feasibility studies and due diligence analyses of tax credit properties.
From 1992 to 1995 he served as Executive Vice President for Levcor, Inc., a multi-family development company, and from 1990 to 1992 he served as Vice President for the Paragon Group where he was responsible for tax credit development activities.
He is a Director of the National Housing and Rehabilitation Association, the Rural Rental Housing Association of Texas, and the Alabama Council of Affordable Rental Housing.
Mr. Turek graduated from Southern Methodist University in 1976 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree.
