Prior to co-founding Madison Capital Funding in 2001, Mr. Lacy spent eleven years at Bank of America and its predecessor Continental Bank in their Business Credit, Structured Finance and Commercial Banking groups.
He began his banking career at American National Bank & Trust Company and subsequently spent two years at Citicorp in its leveraged lending area.
Mr. Lacy is a member of Madison Capital Funding's Executive Committee.
Mr. Lacy is a 1974 graduate of The University of Texas at Austin and received his MBA in 1982 from Indiana University.
