Ms. Cruz joined KT Venture Group in January of 2006.
She is heading up the group's administrative initatives and will also be helping the team scout out new deals.
Prior to KT Venture Group, she was with Thomas Weisel Partners where she worked under the Chief Operating Officer of Investment Banking.
She also contributed to their Mergers & Acquisitions team.
Before TWP she spent 3 years at Lehman Brothers, where she worked under the Head of Venture Capital & Equity Capital Markets group.
