Dr.Christopher Papagni is a Partner in Bradmer Foods and a leader in culinary leadership and business development.
With 17 years of experience in the culinary field, Chris has managed a diverse portfolio of responsibilities for international, national, and local clients.
As Executive Vice President of New York’s International Culinary Center (formerly the French Culinary Institute), he led the expansion of the school into new cuisines (Italian, Spanish), locations (Campbell, California, Parma, Italy and various locations throughout Spain).
Chris has remained active in a number of charitable and professional organizations including serving as a trustee on the IACP Culinary Trust Board of Trustees, a member emeritus of the James Beard Foundation’s Program Committee and an Advisory Committee member of Spoons Across America.
He has a PhD from New York University, a Master’s from The University of South Carolina and a BA from The University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
