Mr. Christopher Nicholson is Vice President at Evercore Capital Partners.
Prior to joining Evercore, he was a Vice President in investment banking at Merrill Lynch.
Mr. Nicholson has approximately several years of investment banking experience beginning his career at the Macquarie Group in Sydney prior to relocating to North America with them and subsequently joining Merrill Lynch in 2007.
At Merrill Lynch, Mr. Nicholson focused on building the Americas Infrastructure business including P3s, M&A and infrastructure financings for sectors such as toll roads, ports, rail, airports and parking.
During his career, Mr. Nicholson has been involved in many large and well known infrastructure transactions including the privatization of the first FARAC toll roads in Mexico, the SH-121 toll road in Texas, the acquisition of Sydney and Rome Airports, the Chicago Midway Airport and the financing of a portfolio of car parks.
Mr. Nicholson graduated from the University of Western Australia with a B.Eng in Civil Engineering (First Class Honours) and a B.Comm in Finance and Economics.
