Prior to joining Cherokee, Ms. Blair managed the transit-oriented development (TOD) program for the City of Denver.
In this capacity she advocated and facilitated the implementation of TOD in planning, development and through city policy.
She created Denver’s TOD Strategic Plan, managed numerous station area planning efforts, and oversaw a number of TOD related projects.
Ms. Blair is active with ULI Colorado, served on the Colorado District Council and participates on many ULI committees.
She speaks frequently to community groups, elected officials and the development community to raise awareness of the community building benefits and economic impacts of transit-oriented development.
She received a BA from Virginia Tech and a Master in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Virginia.
She resides in Denver with her husband and one daughter.
