Mr. Londe has been an employee benefits attorney; a benefits, compensation and human resources consultant; and he was the Director of Benefits at Purina Mills and the Director of Benefits and Compensation at Ralston Purina Company.
He pioneered the use of automatic elections into managed account programs in 401(k) plans and helped pave the way for the Qualified Default Investment Alternative (QDIA) rules.
He attended Washington University where he earned both an undergraduate degree and then a Law degree.
He also has attended Harvard Business School’s Executive Education program and worked on special initiatives with HBS’s Chairman of the Doctoral Programs, on behalf of Watson Wyatt Worldwide (now, Willis Towers Watson).
