Mr. Vahey joined GEAM in 2002 as an Insurance Portfolio Manager, responsible for managing over $16 billion in insurance portfolios.
In September 2003 he switched to his current role with the Structured Product group.
Prior to joining GE, Mr. Vahey served as a submarine officer in the US Navy for 7years.
He holds a BS in Aerospace Engineering from University of Notre Dame, and is the holder of the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
