Mr. Brett Bossung is Partner & Co-Founder at Silverpeak Credit Partners LP and Co-Founder & Global Co-Head at Silverpeak Real Estate Partners LP.
He is responsible for overall management of the firm and has been involved in all stages of the platform’s development since inception.
He also oversees origination, structuring and asset management of all Silverpeak’s real estate investment activities.
Prior to founding Silverpeak, Mr. Bossung served as Global Co-Head of Lehman Brothers’ Real Estate Private Equity Group, where he oversaw its private equity and mezzanine lending activities.
He worked previously as a Senior Banker in the firm’s Global Real Estate Investment Banking Group, participating in a broad range of financial advisory/M&A assignments, asset dispositions, IPOs and single-asset and pooled CMBS transactions.
He also spent three years in the Real Estate Equity Capital Markets Group, where he oversaw structuring of equity-related transactions, and coordinated all associated offerings.
Before joining Lehman Brothers, he worked in the Real Estate Investment Banking Group at Kidder, Peabody & Co. Mr. Bossung holds a BA from the Drexel University and earned his MBA from the University of Chicago.
