Dr. Bernard Aritua is a Senior Infrastructure Specialist at The World Bank.
His current role at the World Bank involves addressing infrastructure development and strategic issues with government officials at senior levels and covers major highways; railways; inland waterways; freight and logistics; and multi-modal transport.
Prior to joining the World Bank, he worked in both the private and public sectors in the United Kingdom, Germany, Eastern Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and,more recently, India and China.
He is a Chartered Engineer with a PhD in civil engineering from the University of Leeds, United Kingdom.
