From June 1996 to June 1998, Mr. Moody was a Managing Director of Violy, Byorum and Partners, LLC, a mergers and acquisitions advisory firm.
From June 1992 to June 1996, Mr. Moody was a Vice President of Citicorp Securities, Inc. Mr. Moody received his B.A. in English Language and Literature from Saint Benet's Hall, Oxford University.
