Mr. Marshall B. Reid, CFA MBA, is a Founding Member & Managing Director at Blue Edge Capital LLC.
He participates in portfolio management and research, and oversees a number of client relationships.
He has over 30 years of direct industry experience.
He founded and grew Atlantic Capital Management, LLC into a multi-cap growth investment advisory company where he managed $700 million of equities on behalf of institutions and wealthy individuals.
Prior to ACM, he served as President and Managing Director of Scott & Stringfellow Capital Management, where he launched and grew a small cap growth portfolio to over $500 million in assets.
He was also a Portfolio Manager at The Bank of New York, where he directed both equity and balanced funds for institutions and individuals.
He received his Masters in Business Administration from the Columbia Business School and his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Virginia.
He is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
