Ann is one of the founding partners of Capital Investors.
She focuses on growth and buyout financings for late stage technology companies.
She also invests in and manages opportunities in the consumer products and retail industries.
Ann serves on the board of directors of Cupertino Electric, Inc., HAHT Commerce, Inc., Jackson Paper Manufacturing Corporation, VIPS, Inc. and VisionAIR, Inc. Ann serves on the management committee of Management Cleaning Controls, LLC.
She also manages our investments in Polaris Pool Systems, Inc., Special Devices, Inc. and Varsity Brands, Inc.
Ann brings over twenty years of financial experience to the management teams with whom she works.
Prior to the inception of Capital Investors she originated, structured and distributed debt and equity securities as a member of the Private Placement group of Bank of America.
She also has several years of corporate banking experience.
Ann holds an M.B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a B.A. from Davidson College.
