Primeline est l'opérateur du contrat pétrolier avec China National Offshore Oil Corporation (CNOOC) pour le bloc 33/07. Le bloc 33/07 couvre une zone offshore d'environ 5 877 kilomètres carrés (1,45 million d'acres), englobant le bloc 25/34. Les filiales de la société comprennent Primeline Energy China Limited (PECL) et Primeline Energy Operations International Limited (PEOIL).
