La Société, par l'intermédiaire de ses filiales d'assurance détenues à 100 %, à savoir Employers Insurance Company of Nevada (EICN), Employers Compensation Insurance Company (ECIC), Employers Preferred Insurance Company (EPIC), Employers Assurance Company (EAC) et Cerity Insurance Company (CIC), exerce ses activités dans le secteur de l’assurance dommages aux entreprises, en se spécialisant dans les produits et services d’indemnisation des accidents du travail, destinés principalement aux petites et moyennes entreprises opérant dans des secteurs présentant un niveau de risque faible à moyen. L’indemnisation des accidents du travail offre une couverture d’assurance pour les prestations prévues par la loi que les employeurs sont tenus de verser à leurs salariés susceptibles d’être victimes d’un accident ou d’une maladie dans le cadre de leur activité professionnelle. Le segment « Activités d’assurance » de la Société regroupe les activités traditionnelles proposées par l’intermédiaire de ses agents, y compris les contrats issus des partenariats et alliances stratégiques de la Société, ainsi que les contrats conclus directement avec les clients.
