Prior to joining Resilience, Mr. Wildern spent five years with the Southfield, MI based corporate advisory firm BBK, Ltd. As a Managing Director, Mr. Wildern led a team of turnaround professionals that provided strategic and financial consulting services to automotive OEMs and Tier I suppliers with production continuity concerns caused by distressed suppliers.
During his tenure at BBK, Mr. Wildern managed the restructuring or wind down of over 50 automotive suppliers.
Mr. Wildern began his career with General Motors Corporation, where he spent 13 years in various roles including product engineering, manufacturing engineering, portfolio planning, advanced technology vehicles, and corporate treasury.
Mr. Wildern earned a B.S.
in Mechanical Engineering and a M.S.
in Manufacturing and Industrial Systems Engineering from GMI Engineering & Management Institute.
Additionally, Mr. Wildern earned his M.B.A. from the Harvard University Graduate School of Business Administration.
