from 2000 to May 2007.
He served as a Director of Stratus Computer Inc., since February 1980 and Ezenia Inc.
Mr. Foster received his undergraduate degree from San Jose State University, a graduate degree from Santa Clara University, and an MBA from Santa Clara University.
