Will Darman is a Managing Partner of Eden Capital Management LLC and a member of the Investment Committee.
Mr. Darman has more than twenty years of experience in the private equity and financial services industry.
Mr. Darman, who joined Eden in 2020, is responsible for sourcing and executing transactions and oversight of Eden’s portfolio companies.
Prior to joining Eden, Mr. Darman served as a Managing Director with the Carlyle Group focused on investments in the Technology, Business Services and Education sectors.
Prior to Carlyle, he was a Vice President in the leveraged finance group at Goldman Sachs and a Managing Director at Fairfax Partners.
Mr. Darman serves on the Board of Directors of Wall Street Prep, Edcetera and White Cup.
Additionally, he serves on the Board of Directors of Lift, a national non-profit organization focused on addressing multi-generational poverty within families.
Mr. Darman received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government from Harvard College and a Master’s in Public Policy from Harvard University’s Kennedy School.
