Ms. Whitney P.
Fitts, CFA, is a Senior Vice President & Head of Municipal Portfolio Management at Appleton Partners, Inc. She is responsible for researching securities, analyzing portfolio structure, and executing trades in support of the firm’s Municipal Bond products.
Additionally, she oversees the initial portfolio restructuring effort when new accounts are opened with existing bonds.
She is also a member of the Fixed Income Research Team and the Fixed Income Investment Committee.
Prior to joining Appleton Partners in 2003, Ms. Fitts held various positions with the Trustees of Reservations, as well as the Hurricane Island Outward Bound School in Key Largo, Florida.
She received a B.A. in Economics-Mathematics from Colby College and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
She is a member of the Boston Security Analysts Society and the CFA Institute.
