Lintner, Jr., is Co-Founder & President at River Hill Capital LLC.
Prior to co-founding River Hill Capital in June 1996, Mr. Lintner provided management consulting and financial advisory services to a midwest based medical independent practice association and several other companies engaged in healthcare and related service businesses.
In 1977, he co-founded CompDent Corporation, a private dental HMO Company providing managed care dental and vision benefits.
In 1995, CompDent was acquired by APPS Dental, Inc., an Atlanta based publicly traded managed dental care company.
At the time it was acquired, CompDent was licensed in 14 states, had over 400,000 members, more than 4,700 employer groups, and more than 1,400 dentists and specialists.
In addition to his service on the board of trustees of APH, Mr. Lintner is a Director of Eastgate Hotel Associates, LLC, Alexa Enterprises, Inc. and he is on the Advisory Boards of Trilogy Health Services, LLC, and Community Bank.
In 1971, Mr. Lintner received his BA degree in Business Administration from Bellarmine University in Louisville, Kentucky.
He did graduate work at the University of Louisville in 1975-1976.
He served in the United States Marine Corps from 1971 to 1975, attaining the rank of captain.
