Mr. Broquist has served as our Chief Financial Officer since August 2004.
In November 2004, Mr. Broquist replaced Mr. Johnson as our Corporate Secretary.
Prior to joining YP Corp., Mr. Broquist was employed as Vice President and CFO of GBD Graphics, Inc. from May 2003 to August 2004.
Prior to May 2003, Mr. Broquist served as Corporate Treasurer of Century Media, Inc. from February 2000 to December 2002.
Between December 2002 and May 2003, Mr. Broquist was an independent consultant.
