Profil
Mr Liow began his career with the Economic Development Board in 1976.
In 1993, he assumed the dual portfolio of Director, Industry (Electronics) and was concurrently appointed General Manager of EDBI.
As General Manager of EDBI, he oversees the EDB's local and global co-investment operations.
In 1998, Mr Liow was promoted to Assistant Managing Director (Operations), Economic Development Board.
In April 2003, Mr Liow was made the Chief Executive Officer of EDBV Management Pte Ltd ("EDBVM") which manages several funds including EDB Ventures, M-Commerce Fund, Fabless Fund, Pervasive Storage Fund, PLE Investments Pte Ltd.
Mr Liow received his engineering degree in Singapore.
