After that he co-headed the German business of Alix Partners, one of the leading turnaround consultancies.
Dr. Ulrich Wlecke is an expert in the field of restructuring, recapitalization, and crisis management.
He is founder and vice president of the Turnaround Management Association (Gesellschaft für Restrukturierung TMA Deutschland e.V.).
After graduating in business administration in 1989, Dr. Ulrich Wlecke received a PhD from the University of Münster.
