Mr. Tuan Minh Phan is on the Board of Directors at Dragon Capital Management Co. Ltd. and Vietnam Securities Investment Fund.
From 1976 to 1989, he worked as a Technical Project Consultant and Manager in a number of projects in Vietnam.
In 1989, he joined the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry ("VCCI") as project manager.
He was seconded by VCCI as office manager to BHP from 1991 to 1994.
In 1994, he joined Peregrine Capital Vietnam as General Manager of the Hanoi branch.
He joined Dragon Capital Group as one of the founders in December 1994 and officially joined full time from 1997.
Mr. Phan was previously employed as Vice Chairman by HaLong Canned Food JSC.
He also served on the board at Vietnam Construction & Import-Export JSC Mr. Phan graduated from Kharkov Civil Engineering University (in the former Soviet Union) in 1976 with an honors degree in civil engineering, gaining a U.K.
M.Sc.
in 1982 from Delft Institute.
