Mr. Toshihiro Hirao is a President at Asuka Asset Management Co., Ltd. Mr. Hirao and Mamoru Taniya established Asuka Asset Management in July 2002 as a result of a management buyout.

Mr. Hirao graduated from Waseda University in 1987 with a B.A. in Law.
