Motley is a Managing Director & Head of US Cash Management at SSgA Funds Management, Inc.
Mr. Motley joined SSgA in 1997 as a Fixed Income Portfolio Manager and co-headed the Asset Backed Securities acquisition team.
Prior to joining SSgA, he spent several years at Citicorp Securities, Inc. where he was a Vice President on the Fixed Income Sales desk.
He started his career as a Money Market Salesperson at Lombard-Wall, Inc.
Mr. Motley received his BS in Finance and Economics from Stonehill College.
He has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
