Thomas Krenz is the Chairman of Germany and Member of the Board of Permira.
In 1995, Thomas became Chief Executive Officer, and from 1999 to 2007, he was Managing Partner of Permira Beteiligungsberatung GmbH in Frankfurt.
Thomas Krenz joined the company in 1988 and has been a Partner since 1991.
He is Member of the Supervisory Board of ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG.
Prior to joining Permira in 1988, Thomas Krenz worked for the structured finance team at Bankers Trust in Frankfurt, London and Los Angeles.
Thomas Krenz has an Economics degree from the University of Hamburg, Germany, and an MBA from Indiana University School of Business, USA.
