He served as Head of the Global Equity Capital Markets business beginning in 1988 and Chairman of the Global Capital Markets Group at Goldman Sachs & Co. since 2004.
For over 25 years, he led a key role in a variety of equity offerings in the U.S.
and landmark privatizations worldwide, including solicitation, marketing, management, and pricing of domestic and international equity issues.
