Terryl Brown Clemons has been Executive Vice President and General Counsel of the New York Power Authority since December 2008.
She served in the Governor's office as Acting Counsel.

She received a Bachelor's degree from Pace University and a JD and a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh.
Ms. Clemons studied international law at the University of Amsterdam in the Netherlands and International Trade Law in Africa at the University of Nairobi in Kenya.
