Terry Suzuki is President and CEO of ORIX Corporation USA and also serves as Senior Managing Executive Officer and Member of the Board of Directors of ORIX Corporation, Japan.
He rejoined ORIX in the United States in 2015, initially as President and CEO of ORIX Capital Partners, a private equity investment arm of ORIX USA, and has been in his current role since 2019.
Prior to ORIX, Mr. Suzuki served as President and Co-CEO of Cerberus Japan, a Japanese business affiliate of Cerberus Capital Management.
From 1995 to 2002, he was based in Los Angeles, and gained a wide range of investment industry experience as a Partner in Advisory at KPMG.
In addition to his business experience in the United States, he previously worked for ORIX Corporation in Japan from 1985 to 1993.
Mr. Suzuki holds an MBA from the University Of Chicago Booth School Of Business and a Bachelor of Economics from Keio University in Japan.
