Ms. Brower received a BA in Social Work from St. Olaf College, a Master's degree in Public Policy from the Humphrey Institute of Public Affairs and a Master's degree in Sociology at the University of Michigan, specializing in Population Studies and Family Sociology.
While at Michigan, she taught graduate-level courses on survey design and data analysis.
