Prior to joining Serent Capital, Mr. Sarracino was a Vice President at American Capital where he invested over $500 million of equity capital into growth companies.
He has a track record of working closely with company management to help create value from the initial investment, through growth as a portfolio company and exit.
Previously, he was a management consultant with McKinsey & Company in the Hong Kong office where he worked with companies expanding into China and Taiwan.
Earlier in his career, he spent six years as an investment banker with various firms including Robertson Stephens and Merriman Curhan Ford & Co.
Mr. Sarracino has an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and a B.A. in Finance with a minor in History from Southern Methodist University.
