Profil

Siân joined Lynx in June 2021 and has been working in Credit and Capital Raising.
As Executive Director of Investments and Impact Applications, she is helping lead the expansion into Japan, Singapore, and Korea.
Prior to joining Lynx, Siân headed up the Risk and Performance Team of Link Asset Services in London for more than 8 years, reporting directly to the Chief Investment Officer.
Born and raised in South Africa, Siân obtained her Bachelor of Commerce Honours Degree in Financial Analysis and Portfolio Management at the University of Cape Town where she was selected as one of the Top 50 pioneering young women in finance by Absa Capital and has an Undergraduate Degree in Financial Management.
She is also an Investment Management Certificate holder and has completed CFA Level 1.
Siân is a keen sports player, having played provincial squash for 7 years but nowadays you will find her spending time on the golf course and with her family.
Outside of work and play, Siân is involved with cochlear implant advocacy with a goal to help address the much needed gap in South Africa.
