Mr. Sheldon Hanau is a Partner & Chief Strategy Officer at Proficio Capital Partners LLC.
In this role he sets the strategic direction for the firm and leads the effort in implementing the goals for growth, value and vision for the organization.
In addition, he works closely with both existing and future Proficio families providing them with both financial and non-financial guidance and direction.
He serves on the investment committee where he splits his time on both public and private investment solutions.
Prior joining Proficio, Mr. Hanau was Managing Director at Wellington Management and the Director of Industry Research for the Americas.
In this role, he oversaw an investment group comprising fundamentally focused global industry analysts that conducted in-depth research to provide investment recommendations for portfolio managers and analysts across the firm.
Before joining Wellington in 2013, he spent 20 years at Credit Suisse with his last position as Head of Distribution and Sales for US Equity Research.
He received his undergraduate degree from Yeshiva University and an MBA from Harvard University.
