Mr. Scott F.
Fuller is a Managing Director & Head Commercial Trader at Cazenovia Creek Investment Management LLC.
He has over 17 years of experience in portfolio management, trading, structuring and valuation of commercial mortgage products.
As a CMBS trader, Mr. Fuller focused on the trading, structuring, and hedging of commercial mortgage backed securities in both new issue and secondary markets.
He has extensive experience was a Managing Director at Wachovia Securities from 1998 – 2007, where he was responsible for all CMBS trading in both the U.S.
and Europe as well as pricing and managing the firm’s commercial whole loan risk.
He was a member of Wachovia’s large loan committee, which approved the credit and pricing for all commercial loans greater than $50 million.
Prior to Wachovia, Mr. Fuller held various trading and portfolio management positions at Hartford Investment Management, SunAmerica and Aeltus Investment Management.
While at Aeltus Investment Management, Mr. Fuller managed a billion dollar total-return portfolio consisting of CMBS, REITS and ABS.
He is an Associate in the Society of Actuaries and a Member in the American Academy of Actuaries.
Mr. Fuller has a B.A. from the University of Connecticut.
