Prior to joining TPG in 2010, he worked in a variety of operations, finance, and procurement roles at Cerberus Capital, GE, and Honda Motor.
Roger supports TPG portfolio companies across the Capital, Growth, and RISE funds as a member of the Procurement Services Group, where he has developed TPG’s leverage procurement platform and supports individual companies with their sourcing and procurement strategies.
Outside of TPG, Roger is on the board of the International Dyslexia Association and an active supporter of Learning Ally.
