Moss is Senior Vice President at Boston Capital Corp.
Prior to joining Boston Capital in 1993, he served as vice president for a private management and development firm in Portland, Maine that developed HUD, RHS, Section 42 and market rate housing.
Mr. Moss serves on the boards for the New York State Association for Affordable Housing, the National Leased Housing Association, the Florida Coalition of Affordable Housing Providers, the National Housing & Rehabilitation Association , Illinois Housing Council , Michigan Housing Council, and the executive board of the Affordable Housing Tax Credit Coalition.
He also chairs the Housing Advisory Group which is active in preserving the credit program in Congress.
He served as the Federal Legislative Subcommittee Chair for the Housing Credit Group of the National Association of Home Builders, is a member of NAHB's Multi-family Steering Committee, and serves on QAP advisory boards for over 20 state allocating agencies.
Mr. Moss holds a BA from New Hampshire College.
